Step #1:

After pouring concrete footings using Pakmix Concrete Mix (you may want to use steel rebar for reinforcement from the footing to the column), use a Pakmix Builder Tube for a form when building a column.
|
Step #2:

Be sure your tubes have supports around them and pour all of your columns at the same time. Mix the Pakmix Super 5000 Concrete Mix, following the directions on the bag to a smooth consistency.
|
Step #3:

Now place the concrete into the builder's tube. Overfill the tube slightly and work the air bubbles out with a steel rod. Use a float or trowel to consolidate the concrete.
|
Step #4:

To make sure the concrete cures correctly, keep it moist with a fine mist from your garden hose. Then cover with an opaque plastic or burlap. Repeat this process 2-3 times a day for 3 days. After 3 days of moist curing, peel off the Pakmix Tube Form.
